The Deer and The Dove is a neighborhood restaurant serving rustic new American dishes — think rabbit, duck, and venison prepared in the kitchen’s wood-burning oven — along with smaller dishes comprised of ingredients from small Georgia farms. Koval’s menu includes dishes rooted in classic Southern standards, European influences, and whimsically well-founded interpretations. Nothing is taken too seriously. Each ingredient is respected and used to its fullest. The result is a menu that changes frequently and of which we are immensely proud.
The beverage program is centered around carefully crafted cocktails and sustainable vineyards. Our wine list is focused on organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines from around the world. Our beers and ciders are local micro-brews.
